Cant break the safe???

I love playing the game and the ease of collecting free coins just by viewing a video, however I went to your contact page and wrote up my question and it would not let me send. It would say that a reply was not written or something to that effect. What I want to know is how to break the bank? When the thief goes up abd numbers begin to show in rolls at the top and rectangles slide away I just let it go and get nothing. How do you work that part of the game??? Thanks!!
